This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a comfortable bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost bracelet. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

We had a fantastic time staying here as a family with our large dog. The cozy Standard Queen Room was perfect for us. The location was spot on, just a short stroll to West Quay Shopping Centre for some fun shopping and dining. Plus, we even caught a great show at the Mayflower Theatre nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should have a dedicated play area for kids to keep them entertained while we unwind.

the standard king room was spacious with air conditioning, private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. breakfast included freshly baked pastries and a variety of hot items. location next to the cruise port made it easy to hop on the ship. staff were super accommodating, especially when I needed extra towels and advice about the area. loved the pool and gym facilities, they were well-maintained and a great way to relax before traveling.
